    My 1st vats removal attempt

    Good evening everyone,
First off, I'm a noob. I've been reading and watching videos for months, to prepare to start my LS swap and helping a friend do his.
We have the 03 and up PCM Blue/Green. I want to remove VATS, change the transmission type, I used a nv3500 and remove the rear O2 sensors.
Ive played around with a bin but never found where to remove the O2 stuff, if someone could also point me into that direction?

Looking and it seems ppl like the 7603 XDF. Will that be ok for me to use to read my bin.

    My pcm : service#12586242. HDW#: 12583660

    Thanks Jeff.

    Hello,

You will be killing off the codes pertaining to the rear O2 sensors / "Sensor 2" sensors and some of these you will have, some not:

P0137 - Bank 1 Sensor 2 fail to increase voltage
P0157 – Bank 2 Sensor 2 fail to increase voltage

    P0138 - Bank 1 Sensor 2 voltage too high
    P0158 – Bank 2 Sensor 2 voltage too high

    P0140 – Bank 1 Sensor 2 fail to respond
    P0160 – Bank 2 Sensor 2 fail to respond

    P0141 – Bank 1 Sensor 2 Heater Circuit
    P0161 – Bank 2 Sensor 2 Heater Circuit
    P0036 HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

P0037 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

P0038 HO2S Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
    P0056 HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

P0057 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

P0058 HO2S Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
    P0060 HO2S Heater Resistance (Bank 2, Sensor 2)

You probably are missing one of the Tuner Pro RT checksum plug in files. Or, you can use the "Universal Patcher" program to fix your problem.

I went to their site and downloaded the plug ins and dropped them in the folder, and I still get the error. Guess I need to sleep on it. Been at it since 3pm and still haven't got it to go thru. lol
