It's easy to swap to the later 1995 ecm as i did this recently by just repinning what i needed. You will need either #0E or #31 memcal for the 16197427, 16168625, 16196395, or the like PCM's.

I am not familiar with the 7060 ECU, but I know the 4L80E uses a transmission mounted input speed sensor and maybe output speed sensor. If it is the 7060 ECU, try referencing these Diagrams from this...
