I don't know what qserialport ist, I use an old Laptop with Windows 7 and Just plugged the cable into its comport (Com1) and IT works fast and reliable.

BTW EEhack is the best software ever!...

We solved the problem! It was the cable. With my cable with 12V power supply it worked instantly!

Maybe we have different devices. At mine (AEM 30-0300) you have to to ground the brown wire at Pin10 to use the White analogue output at pin9.

Hi, I had the same problem. The solution ist to ground the negative analoge 5V output of your AEM device. I think its the brown wire. And adjust your volt/lambda formula according to the AEM booklet....

I'm still having my cruise controll problem at my 95 vette.
I've checked all signals from the PCM now and got just 4,8V at the B8 pin (vss out), which goes to the CCM and cruise control....

I converted from the 4L60E to the ZF 6spd. The ZF has just a 2 pulse sensor, the automatic tranny a 40 pulse.
I just googled, I thought speedometer is just another word for tachometer, my mistake. ...
