The fuel pump relay wiring described above seems odd to me.
Typically, the fuel pump wiring high side gets battery+ from a wire with an inline fusible link or a fuse that eventually is connected...
It appears the connector pictured is for an ATC fuse, see link below. Pink wire with a Black stripe is typically ignition "ON". Not sure what the tan/white wire is for.

The ECM needs to know when the fuel pump is "On" / "Fuel Pump Signal" The wiring for the "Fuel Pump Signal" is spliced into the power wire going to the fuel pump.
The Fuel Pump Relay and / or Oil Pressure Switch will supply power to the fuel pump. The oil pressure switch is a backup to the fuel pump relay should the fuel pump relay fail. I did an experiment...
Wow, posting that link moved mega bytes of memory from the Hard Drive to RAM Memory:thumbsup:

The Memcal functions:
Limp Home Mode
Knock Sensor Filter
Cylinder Select
When possible, using an original Memcal for a specific engine / transmission configuration is a good plan. The...
Would I be correct the netress is a network of resistors used limp home fueling?
Would I be correct cylinder select sets up injector firing sequence?
Awesome to learn the netress is the same.
Would I be correct that the external ESC uses the 100k knock sensor? Possibly Standard Motor Products KS7?
Memcal: No. . . as far as I know, never tried a '7165 Memcal in a '7730. I usually convert a V6 '7730 Memcal to a V8 7730 Memcal....
Sometimes increasing the surrounding cells to a specific VE cell wants to be >100 will help.
Are you using a VE Fixer spreadsheet?

Often modifying a 4.8 manual .bin or 6.0 manual .bin is a good plan. Unfortunately a factory 5.3 manual .bin is not available. Modifying a 5.3 auto .bin to manual is also a good plan.

No. Removed the ZIF and installed the chip directly into the adapter board.
After about 1 year of working perfectly, the ZIF socket (low profile) that was installed on a G1 Memcal adapter board cause many of problems your experiencing. I removed the ZIF socket and installed...
Posting the Moates.net Flash N Burn Setup.
The attached folder was zipped from my hard drive.
Hopefully the attached can be used for setting up a Burn 2

Often the TPS voltage shown by TunerPro RT is slightly different than the TPS voltage measured with a voltmeter.
Adjusting the minimum air screw will change the TPS voltage.
As a baseline...
