i do want to learn to tune, i'm just worried that if i need to use the car it will be not driveable till i get it tuned right, but if it will run better than the crap carb setup i'm diving in gives...
at least better than the horrible rochester two barrel that's on it? won't be lean right, can't possible run much richer than whats on it now.
sounds good new to this though so i don't really know how do you think it will run as mentioned till i tune?
The buick 4.1 has a four barrel intake, it's the 3.8 big brother uses a quadrajet. i have that intake so making the adaptor no big deal.
That is a sweet setup though looks like alot of time...
1228062 is computer i guess i'm looking at not much posted on it... coverage.
Hey i'm new to the forum wondering if anyone knows my best route to swap efi onto 1980 olds cutlass with 3.8 buick v6.
I have lots of ideas but not much cash want to swap it without tuning for now...
well not efi but est capable newer rwd 3.8 like the grand national use a cam sensor instead but later not sure years have est that should help it be easier to convert right?
been trying to post on here everyday seems it was fighting me... set-backs.
