Got the Trimalyzer program working well, however I need to do some editing to the tables to get them sized and ranged appropriately. I am tempted to try and get it to tune based on the wideband...
Man things have been rough with this lately.
Bought the new laptop, then the garage flooded three weeks later and it got drowned. Just now got it repaired and took some datalogs today, found out...
Been a long time since I fought this problem. Haven't fixed it yet, and haven't done anything with the car all winter-the laptop died and I got laid off work. Now that I'm back at work, a new laptop...
I'll send you the bins I'm using, I have a LOT of them for these cars. All the ones Robert Sarr has listed on this site plus a few more. I'll grab them off my laptop along with a fresh pull of the...
I am using the orifice tube, without temperature control. I have the flags set as per an L-body car, which also used the orifice tube. (at least I set them by putting the L-body bin in the compare...
So far, it hasn't seemed to have worked. I am still doing some testing but setting bytes 819C and 891D to FF have not fixed it. It hasn't changed the issue at all, best I can tell.
OK, so byte 819C is already in the XDF as the "N/V (tach/speedometer vss) ratio to use WOT Disable", and the stock F-body bin it's 36, in the stock L-body bin it's 101. Byte 819D isn't defined in the...
The patch changes the MAP value from 1 bar to 2 bar-so what originally would have been a 100kpA value, is now a 50kpA value. That could explain half of it-the other half, I do not know.

Nice! I'll look at that tonight, and I'll post the segment of code I think you mean to make sure I understand what you're saying.
You're saying:
On the T-Side, change the SPI communication byte...
That's the weird part-it happens at exactly 50kpA manifold pressure. I can simulate driving by using a trigger wheel simulator and operate the MAP sensor with a hand operated vacuum pump-the PCM will...
Still hunting the A/C buzzkill...it's 90+ degrees on my 40 minute interstate drive home from work a lot of days here and I only have A/C if my MAP value is less than 50KpA. There's nothing in the...
Got the ADX errors to completely stop, got the thing boosted and blew up the trans.
2nd gear, stripped all the teeth off under load. Goofing off, as you do.
A/C doesn't work if over 50kpA...
No problem man. There are still a few details that I need to work out but the code, as is, works now. Boost reliability is not really well tested out-but I am hoping to be posting the modded XDF and...
A/C problem solved, if not using the Camaro A/C evaporator temperature sensor, check "A/C Contingency" and set the option bits as per an L or N body car.
Currently running 5.5psi boost, using the...
So having some idle problems and A/C issues-some weird stuff happening.
Anyway-here's the current state of the ADX/XDF/BIN, and a log of the A/C problem.
Basically the A/C can be requested,...
Been driving this a decent bit this week-will be going on the first long trip tomorrow, 2.5 hour drive each direction.
If it manages that, then it'll be considered "road ready", and I'll be more...
Drove this today. Got a lot of work left to do, but it made it the mile trip to the gas station and back. Now, little detail work has to be done to make it drivable back home!
Once home, things...
Also just noticed that my spark table is back to being 0-4800RPM, wheras before, we had it at 0-6400RPM. It's a single byte fix, I just gotta remember how to do it. (change 61 to 64, and that's all...
IT RUNS!
Yes, No false alarms, no "it runs kinda", it RUNS. Took it around the block, got a nice long log. Here's the current XDF, ADX, XDL, and BIN file!
I'm told there are still some minor...
Charles has pointed out in some PM's that I have been multiplying MAP by zero...so gotta fix that now. He's right-that certainly won't be helping things.
Hoping for more luck tomorrow.
Ok, so I guess we just need to figure out why it no longer runs...
Given that the tables are correct, (it runs fine with a 1 bar sensor installed, or if I tell the PCM that it's a 1 bar and cut...
Here's the results of today:
Now, I see no MAP values other than 10.35kpa, and Baro values are stuck at 95kpa, and even looking directly at the E-side values, they never change or are updated....
well, since BA47 is only two bytes, I'll have to make a jump to insert my three byte modification, right?
The JSR target address is a goof I made I think, something related to the offset? instead...
Ok. So, it doesn't work at all. BUT! Winflash doesn't complain about the PCM giving a wrong response at the end of flashing it, so that's a plus.
Current BIN: NoVats94 F manualpatchtest.bin

No problem man. The boost patch I just tried does not work at all, so back to the drawing board.
It's basically the patch you sent in the codebase .zip, but I changed the values that were used to...
