Is there another program superior or equal to TP?

TP "Hardware not found" at the bottom of the screen. Tried same baud rate that worked in winaldl and TP's default rate and COMs 3 and 4.... :mad1:

Communicating with winaldl now....hopefully I can get it going with TP now.

I uninstalled drivers. Then DL'ed the windows x86 2.10.00 drivers from here: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm reinstalled device and still no communications.

I have the 12pin USB aldl cable from aldlcable and cannot connect to my ECM. Tried winaldl and TunerPro and cannot get data. Winaldl has a flashing red light and "5" in a small window at the top...

Is TP setup to interact with these newer PCMs? I have used it with limited success on my ODBI car. Just wanting to read live data, fuel trim, o2 values, etc.

Swapped ECM and it works fine now. I was wondering wtf I had done to it. I didn't tear it up this time! :rolleye:

SES comes on when jumpered, but the SES light does not flash...it just stays on with KOEO. Does the same when not jumpered; acts like it is not jumpered. Sticking a paperclip in there and it is doing...

When I jumper A-B it does nothing. Fans don't kick on and SES light does not flash. The fuel pump primes for the 2 seconds....anyonw know what is going on here? Thanks for any help.
