Do you know if the Jet DST software only works with *.cal files? or can it open *.bin files too?

I was hoping for OBD II. I saw on the TunerCat website, that you could download the software. I was hoping that I could then simply purchase a definition file (2000+ LS files) and use it. Maybe...
