Sorry to be dense. When I right-click and select save as it says the file is attachment.php and says it is a php file. I don't see the second location you provided.

Another question, when I click on the file or right click to download it it says the file is attachment.php. Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks for the reply. The file you're pointing to has in its title 3.8l meaning the 6 cyl engine. I have the 5.7 v8. Does that make a difference?
