Will your emulator work out of the box with TunerPro RT? I had the cash ready to buy an Ostrich right as they were discontinued, boo. It's nice to see somebody making these tools available.

Is it the one I added with the E-fan code?
Should be very easy to tell if it was a manual truck before. Just see if someone blocked off the hole in the floor for the shifter. They aren't cut out there on an auto.
For the 4L60E, yes. good point. I'd break one of those like a twig.
8625, 7427 and 6395 are mostly interchangeable and all can run $0E, $0D, and $31 code. $0D is for a 4L60E, $0E and $31 are for the 4L80E. I would start with the latest 1995 code for your truck...
I have had faulty burns. Try burning the chip again. Also check and make sure you didn't bend any pins or anything like that. If the ECM can't read the chip, you won't get a datastream at all.
Its not hard to put a Chevy bolt pattern trans behind a Caddy if it ever came to that. The 4L80E is then a good option.
The 4L80E is a very stout transmission. The 4L60e needs a lot of expensive modification to even approach the power handling capacity of a stock 4l80E.
My Cadillac motor has a factory 454 TBI to Quadrajet adapter with the heater built in. I have it teed into the heater hose, but I would like it to shut off about 160 degrees or so. Does anyone know...
Thanks for the reply! I knew they were still there, but that folder is pretty deep in there and I never would have known to look there.
After one of the recent updates I can't figure out where the logs are being saved on my phone. They used to be in the ALDL folder. I've had to email them to myself and that's irritating. Normally I...
I imagine that's a difficult PCM to find stuff for. 1 year only for only the Cutlass Supreme and Monte Carlo Z34 if I remember my W-bodies.
I never did change mine because of this exact issue. I don't have a clue as to how to correlate the tables from $42 to usec values.
My 95 4WD trans has the output reluctor.
I have been playing around with the Efan control in my truck and decided to take a crack at adding the $0E fan hack right into the XDF file. This XDF also has the fan parameters added as scalars if...
Just an update, The Spartan has a feature where it sends a voltage value of 1.66 then 3.33 volts on startup. I did a very short datalog and the AFR value is correct with the equation as is.
The quality of the part is outstanding. Shipping was very slow however and the website flagged my debit card when I tried to order. It sounds like its a small operation however and they are very...
I must not have searched for the right thing. That thread was very helpful.
I just purchased and installed a Spartan 2 WB02. Previously I was use an AEM UEGO that I was borrowing from a friend. I am not sure how the AFR value is actually calculated for logging in the ADX? I...
Good stuff in here.
I have a 20 ton HF press and if you have a local scrap metal place that sells offcuts you can do like I did and get a bunch of round off cuts to use as press adapters. Our place...
Both sensors are the same! AC Delco 21392, GM 10456549. I checked that before I quit working at Chevy, and RockAuto is the same.
I have been using that spreadsheet, it a great tool. I use an AEM wideband fed in through the EGR position wire.
My distributor at this point is functionally identical to a 368 distributor. I could use a 368 distributor if I wanted to find one. I have full computer controlled timing. As far as the knock sensors...
Here's a few more. I am using a 350 knock sensor and it works fine, as some of my early tunes indicated. :innocent2:
I am using an 8625 with $0E based on BHDF already, based on your recommendation. It works pretty well.
