If I read the schematics properly then C21 pin in the 7727 ECU is the same as F14 in the 7730.
I still am not sure about which flag to set in the code patch, due to the voltage range...

Verified contact with DVOM this memcal may be the 2.3l 4cyl (quad 4) BCC BJHB. I think the jumper may only work with the v-6 memcal.
