I don't know if you've resolved this or not, but I just checked (2015-09-06) and the 500.8202 RT link worked for me, installed as well.

Exposed the ability to specify an ADX command to send when scanning is paused and unpaused. This required that the ADX Defaults be moved to the "More" tab...

I think it's placebo, Feels the same as it has for a long while now, to me.
