    Any good ground will work.
Once a wire is connected to ground it is "tied" together with anything else grounded.
On mine I simply connected ALL the ground eyelets to a single bolt on engine.

I recently did 3.73 in my wagon and LOVE them.
A recommendation from 95wagon on impalassforum.
Didn't keep ABS as it really never worked.
I think 3.42s would have been disappointing for ME.

I think it's great you're working on updates.
I suggest keeping the versions separate. or possibly an advanced option to enable/disable them and patches if including changes?

    Tried Kur4o version...

    Ok, found 'em...and changed 'em.

I think I'll just run it w/ 4k to the pcm then unless anyone objects or has other reason(s) to believe something won't work properly?

  7. 16197427 - no rev limiter or fuel cutoff? Correct?

I ask because just had a brain fart...

So the 7427 recognizes a 4k vss signal, just registers as 2x actual speed.
The VSS is "mostly" so the pcm understands when vehicle is moving or idling?...

It has no identity markings, that's why guessing proprietary and haven't seen a datasheet.
Kinda like odometer chip in my 94 Caprice....no datasheet.

Aftermarket vss stuff is just stupid $$ imho....
  11. vssb 6758 chip has anyone ever located a datasheet?

Just curious mostly, seems possibly a proprietary chip?

Rather than hack a vssb module to do what I need it to do, I'd rather try to make a new one.

    EE LT1 trans. tables question.

Comparing 2 .bins both 16239501 & v4p according to info.
What is the function/purpose of these 2 tables in language I can understand(lol)?

I am very excited! Finally a reality?
I have an LM7 on an engine run stand and a few 0411 pcm(s). Looks like I need an SX USB model from scantool.net?
If you need some testing I'm game.

I'll try. I put in spare pcm and it flashed fine. I'll try to duplicate error on the bench w/ one that refused to flash.
I have a feeling the flash chip(s) are possibly the cause?

    LT1 pcm won't flash anymore.

This is on a 1994 Caprice wagon.
I wanted to make some minor changes and have never had or seen this issue before.
I've flashed it problem free many times using EEHACK.

    It gives an error stating...

LT1 Buick roadmaster climate control hacking?

Curious if anyone has ever reverse engineered one?
Seems it could be low cost display/tool.

Had no idea even existed until I researched switching my caprice to use a buick digital controller.

    7747 HWY lean cruise behavior

So just for giggles I revisited this on my Jeep.

Tune is accurate/good...BLM's & INT's hover around 128 +/- depending on temps etc.

    When lean cruise is active
    BLM's drop to ~118
    INT's still...
