I had the same issue with $0D when not running a knock sensor and bin setup like you have...
I would try a resistor on the knock input and enable code 43..and retard...you may be able to just alter...

Below are the XDF and ADX you need for the 7747 $42 mask..
FYI.. spark advance, BPW, injector duty cycle,and TPS % are not in the data stream
from the factory so they wont be displayed correctly...
Assuming your running windows..
Left click (hold) ..highlight the text you want..
Right click then COPY to clipboard ..
open Note Pad or similar program and PASTE..
then PRINT...

All you really need is the ADX to data log..
If you want to poke around the BIN should be close to what your running...
XDF is for $61 mask..

For electrical problem the first thing i would check ,after having alt tested, is all the grounds..batt to eng..eng...
Some manual bins have increased timing in the sub idle area to help with this kind of thing..if its not there already..
try adding 4* to the 400rpm line in the idle / stall area of the timing...
I have found the modified timing table in BJYL 700R4 bin a good place to start...

in the spread sheet i posted below go to the $0D-$0E tab, paste the blm (running average) history table from your adx in lines 5-20
paste your ve table from the bin / XDF(under BPW...

I had similar problem with a subaru years back, would run for 5 sec then die ,instant restart ,5 sec die...
the short story ; after 5 sec voltage source (for what i don't know) changed from batt to...
You can add the dash in < 5 min once you know how..easy as cut / past in note pad , just include the start and end hash tags and increase the item count.... Sticky Here
