I would not expect the low Z injector to cause a problem. I'm using low Z in the Sunbird and the Toyota. Are they substantially larger in flow? I've had to decrease minimum injector on time so commanded DE would actually be delivered. It seems like the ALDL values did not reflect the injector on time being too great but it's been a few years since I worked on that.
