Serial Port Monitor or Sniffer

I am working on getting a few new commands for WinFlash.
I have HDD's Serial Port Monitor and Device Monitor Studio 6.5.
I am look at getting SerialMon and a USB port monitor. has anyone used these?

The best i have tried so far is serial port monitor from Eltima software.
Also you can try virtual serial ports driver xp4 again from Eltima software it makes virtual serial ports.
I think they make usb mon too but haven`t used it

i could never get serialmon to play well with my laptop.

I have the prompt commands. I want to watch the cable in action

My laptop crashed this morning. All plans are on hold. Usually take 2 weeks to get it back. I knew it had a hard drive failing and tried to get the IT guy to replace it a few weeks back, but he said no.
Good news is that everything is backed up in 2 locations. Bad news is I did not back it up before I shut it down on Friday before leaving.

It works fine under Windows and Linux. With captured data, you can already access the data.
