Lean Cruise Holden file wanted

Hello,
Does anyone here have a Holden file with lean cruise active and can post it in the files section? Either .bin or .cal(TC)

A stock file for a 2004 GTO should have it active.

It is active in the OS but the tables aren't populated and it is also a blue/green 1MB P59 PCM.
