Auto to Manual swap on 96 Camaro Z/28 using Jet Tuning Software

I looked at some of the stock files on record here and was comparing them to my current files for my auto file.
I swapped in a T56 with a wire harness and kept the same PCM with Auto transmission all wiring is done and correct.
Does anybody know exactly what I need to turn off and on to make my manual swap complete from auto.:mad1:

I'm using TunerCats software, which is very similar to JET. Actually JET purchased TunerCats, so that explains why my TunerCats is very similar to your JET. See attached screen shot for the parameters of a 96 Vette LT4 with Manual Trans.
