79 firebird carb to TBI convert. Need advise

Hello everyone
I have done a lot of reading on the subject of carb to tbi conv. bought all the gear and now the part that has caused me the most grief the bin and tuning...

Would anyone be willing to give me a bin file that they have worked on that is close to my setup? that would give me a good start. So I dont. Burn my house down. Lol!

sbc 383 stroker/4l60e
procomp heads 200cc runners 64cc chamber
howards cam. .488/.507 lift. .235/.243 dur @ .050

454 bored out tbi #90 injectors 30 psi
holley airgap intake

tunerpro rt with all Moates gear
