DTC shutoff for 4 cylinders

I want to run a 2.5L 4 cylinder with a 0411 PCM. I've been told that it'll work, but I have to turn all DTCs off for the 4 cylinders I'm not using.
I have TunerPro RT, the bin I want to use and a XDF. What I can't find is where the DTCs are I need to turn off.
I think the ones I need to start with are P0302, P0304, P0306, P0308. But when I open the DTC list they are not in the list.
It skips from P0300 to P0325.
Is it something I'm missing or what?
