Anyone have the link to the "How to use the excel tuning tables"?

Finally getting into my first custom VE tables (16197427, $OE, AMC 401). I am using the VE correction table for TunerPro Run 1 in Excel. When I downloaded it a few months ago, there was a fantastic thread on how to use it. Basically it started with "Here's how to build your history table, here's how to smooth your VE table, here's where to get your data..." but now I can't find that link. I have looked in the GM EFI System stickies AND Tuner Pro Tuning Talk Stickies... Anyone know off the top of their head?
