Does anyone know if I can use a 8 pulse sender to run the 4l60e?
I found this in the XDF.
Title: TOS RPM Calculation Constant
Location: 5D13, 5D14
Usage: 4L60-E VSS Parameters
Tips: Ratio = (# pulses/rev) x 65536 / 60
Conversion: Ratio = 0.000977 * X
Can I use that to change the pulses from 40 to 8? I know I will have to adjust for gear ratio and tire size, that's in a different spot.
Or can it even been done?
