TunerPro LS1 xdf file mods, no checksum correction?

I have been trying to add some more options to the tunerpro ls1 xdf file I got from this site. While I can see the changes are in fact beeing made, trying run through hptuners or flash after the fact does not work. My guess is tunerpro is not correcting the checksums after the changes are made. Anyone know how to fix this?

So I confirmed it was a checksum issue. I found the following information to back it up, http://www.mtx-electronics.com/prodo...ecksum-plugins . How are those of you using tunerpro getting around this?
