Could use assistance hooking up AFR500 to Tunerpro RT

I got it into my head before i begin tuning WOT again with the new injectors it would be really nice to be able to create an AFR error history table though Tunerpro RT. Up until recently I was tuning WOT by looking at the gauge separate of Tunerpro which is a bit tricky to do. I know having a history table will improve my results. I read the how-to on moates.net, third gen, and on this site as well by EagleMark. For whatever reason I just can't seem to grasp the concept. As usual getting stuck on all the computer lingo. I would really appreciate it if someone could step me through how to do it. I'm using an $8D.xdf and a 90_91Corvette.adx. I have a Ballenger AFR500 wideband. This equation is list on their site Gasoline AFR (9:1-16:1) = 9.00 + Vout x 1.400.
