NewB question....Can a copy be made of the chip (FastChip) and saved,Burn that info to another chip and adjust it?

If you can remove the chip from the adapter, you should be able to pop it into a burner and retrieve the information. If the chip can't be removed from the adapter, you can use a header from Moates.
