WOT closed loop?

Hey im running a 7749 ecm with code59 controlling a turbo 2.0 sunbird.

I realize that under wide open throttle it goes to open loop.

Is there a way i can raise the tps or map level of when the fuel correction stops or open loop gets turned back on or is that hard set into the ecm strategy?

Reason I ask, is im using wideband fuel control and i run flex fuel (91 or e85) currently i can fill up with whatever fuel i want and i can maintain target air fuel ratio while driving.....up until I go WOT then i go rich on 91 or just right on e85 (wot tuned for ethanol)

There should be a setting or table for that, something like %TPS for open loop. I've never used code59 though so I don't know where it would be.
