Suggestions for a starting bin

Please help me choose a bin to start with for my new engine in my 88 IROC.

L98 bored .030 to 355, nothing fancy just stock rotating assembly.
Trickflow 195 aluminum heads 62cc 2.02/1.60
Comp XR-264 HR-12 .488/.495 212/218 LSA 112
Scorpion 1.6 roller rockers
Edelbrock runners and base
24 lb injectors
Hooker shorties and 3" exhaust

Iroc has 5 speed manual and 3.27:1 posi rear

I was thinking APYP from an 89 vette with 6 speed, but the SA table looks like it might be too much advance. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

I forgot to add that the static compression is 9.5:1 and dynamic is 7.86:1
