Hello everybody, Here to get schooled about 7427 TBI tuning!

Hello all, just an old man with an old 94 Z71 and a fresh vortec/TBI build "that currently runs like poo" looking to get educated on how to tune this thing!
I'm still learning to navigate this site and so far its like a kid in a candy store, so if I post in the wrong place or or anything you senior members line me out.
I have tunerproRT and burner, extreme aldu1 cabl1, and on the way are Ostrich 2.0, G1, 27SF512 and HDR1 now I just have to learn how to use them better which is why I'm here. I paid someone to custom tune a chip for my new engine build and it didn't turn out so good, and on that any guidance in the rite direction is greatly appreciated.
