Help with Tuning 94 LT1

I have no idea what I am needing to do to improve this cars performance. Ive read articles etc but I cant for the life of me figure out what I need to change specifically in the tune. :mad1::mad1: I havent had this car running correct in atleast 6 months now.

Forums wont let me attach the eedata files so im leaving dropbox links. I use tunerpro RT for the tuning itself.

Bored .30 Over with a cam (306/306 Adv Duration, Duration @.050 230/230, 480/480 Lift, 106/110 Centerline)
Other than that its mostly stock besides titanium valve springs.
