Help pls on XDF for 12216125 and Tuning

Hello Guys I've been looking for weeks , cant seem to find the XDF . Id like to turn off EGR, and rear O2, Up Max speed, And Fans 1,2 On? Then flash or clone over a different Os , Using tuner Pro. Can really use help on any or all of this! Much appreciated! Mike

Dave Ty So Much! I can figure out the Vats any advice on the other Stuff?

I have not ventured into using PCM Hammer or TunerPro for OBD2. I use EFI Live and TunerCats OBD2 software / hardware for PCM flashing / tuning.

Maybe some parameter enable / disable basics will help:
Minimum speed to "enable" set to 255 MPH could be used to Turn Off something like EGR.
Minimum temperature to "enable" set to 151 Celsius could be used to Turn Off something like the EGR.

Error codes can be tricky, because not every operating system is the same.
No Error Reporting should disable an error, like the codes for the rear O2's
No MIL doesn't necessarily stop reporting the error, most times No MIL will keep the computer "Thinking" about what to do with that parameter / function.
MIL on first error - is usually needed for vital functions like ignition and fuel parameters.
MIL on second - is usually needed for emission parameters like Charcoal Canister Purge (CCP).
