vats colorado 2004
Hello everyone
i have a big problem with my chevy colorado 2004 3.5i
since purchase it has never started.
we would say that the vatss is still on it, I have the icon in the dashboard of the padlock. I succeeded with pcmhammer to read my original bin file. I paid a tuner $250 via market-place on facebook. He supposedly removed the vatss. I flash its bin file in my ecu ... and the same thing. Icon is still there and it does not start.
the fuel pump works. my injectors do not open..
we can see on the vars photo, the difference between the two bin files. my original and the one that has been modified
it has 11 lines which have been modified
Can someone check the file for me to see if he really removed the vatss.
thank you

Hello, usually if VATS is still active, it will start and die. If there is a cam sensor issue(wiring(A & C swapped) or not there) the injectors will never fire.

Thank you Carl for your reply :-)
I forgot to mention I have a p0315 crankshaft code.
I changed the sensor and the code is still there.
