LT1 ECU Tunner Nedded

Curently I have in my posetion a 1995 C4 LT1 ECU and wiring harness. { the back story} the motor trans and rear suspension Is curently being grafted into a 1970 GTO. {} I have the task of getting the wiring harness ready to go into said car. As such I need a tunner to clean up the ECU for a street rod. I have EFILive, but do not have the capabilities to program the older stuff. I was told to ask for Eagle Mark??? please PM me thank you.
