Pretty sure I have a bad PCM, it just refuses to talk on Class2, but it has nice data on UART. Now to look at bypassing Class2 com and go to UART on a 96-97 LT1.....
Are your using a benchtop harness or the vehicle?? My benchtop I have to change the class2 data wire from obd1 to obd2 as they are on different pins just a thought
