To the OP... The bin you posted is only half the size of what it needs to be. A 7427 bin will be 64K in size vs the 32k size you posted. If you are using a Burn2 etc, the chip start should be 0000 and end is FFFF. The buffer size should be the same when reading the chip.

With Tom's help I went to the section where the BINs were listed for my BHDC code and downloaded that and burnt that to a chip and the truck started right up with no SES light and ran fine. Tom had also pointed out what Brian had said about me only having half the file size. Turns out this has been a case of self inflicted dumb ass but thank you to everyone for the help.
