How to make VE from MAF History table?

I would like to use Tunerpro to show calculated VE using RPM, IAT, displacement, and MAP. I see this being done here:

I have built a table with correct rows and columns, but I need to understand to how to show a "VE" value in the table. Any suggestions are appreciated.
