Hello, I was looking for the stock cam specs for a 95 3500 tbi truck 350. The numbers i found are stock lift is .384"INT and .403"EXH. I was wondering if those numbers were accurate. Also would an 88 1500 tbi truck have the same cam specs? Thanks

The old GM 274' 194/203 @ .050, .390/.410" lift on a 112° LSA is all I have ever found in the flat tappet ones.Quote:

The old 204/214 @ .050 grinds like the Melling MTC1 and Federal Mogul CS1014R give these engines about 20 ft/lbs more torque in the midrange and carry on to give about 20-30 hp up top. They only need a modest valve spring upgrade like a cheap Z28 spring to rev to 5,500 rpm without valve float.
