What to do with 16193495 ?

Hello all.

I'm new here, brought here with a google search that linked to

I have a 1995 Chevrolet S10 Blazer ZR2 with 4.3L Vortec CPI (L35?) Automatic Transmision electric transfer 4x4.

I've been trying to get my laptop to even connect with this darn truck. I have reddevilriver's usb/aldl/16-pin cable and tunerpro can see it (the cable).

I'm in a no-start situation with the 'blue' wire to the injector not 'pulling to ground', although the truck will fire with fuel shot directly into the intake.

I just want to get the dash up or really, really, minimally, pull the MIL codes. Aaahhhh!!! I don't want to buy a scanner just for that and I really don't want to tow the darn thing for diagnosis.

I'm a reasonable mechanic and used to write software. I just want to see the durn PCM.
