2 issues with tunerpro

I know Im a tard. having trouble with error 1275 when program starts tried removing and redownloaded same error

2nd problem is cant download files from this site keeps coming as php file

help please

I think you have computer issues and not TunerPro or GearHead issues.

Error 1275 is can't load a driver for the program.

Try right clicking whatever file it is you want here and Save as?
