Help with MSVCR100.dll error or checksum error

Hello,
i am working on a 2001 yukon xl pcm OS = 12208322. i did the download for the checksums and placed it in the plugin folder, i am using the correct OS/XDF from this site, whenever i open Tunerpro i get an error stating MSVCR100.dll is missing from my computer. I see this file in the plugin folder for tunerpro. I tried deleting and reinstalling tunerpro but now it is giving me the same error and then closing tunerpro. i have uploaded the .bin and .xdf i was using but the checksum file wouldn't load. any help would be greatly appreciated. i rushed to finish the swap so i could at least test fire before Christmas but that's out the window.

What else is in the plugin folder? Mine looks like the attachment.

Mine is the same accept the ls1 checksum. Mine is the p59 512 checksum I found in the obd2 tuning on here.
