New to tuning, Where is a good place to start

Hello All! I'm Fairly new to tuning and have decided to take the plunge into tuning. I have an autoprom1 and a Innovative Wideband. Its bee awhile since ive burned anything and am wondering if anyone has any good links to threads for newbies. Ill outline my project below. Any tips or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks! Cheers
