Need help identifying ECMHEI

Hi guys,
a person I know from a german-language Forum has pulled this ECM from a 1.6l Opel engine with the plan of using it on a Ford. HEI module on the dizzy and the four-digit bin code make me think it's at least closely related to our US products. All google results for 16133739 just return the donor car, Opel Kadett/Astra 1.6i.

Has anyone of you ever seen this thing and are there TunerPro xdf/adx files for it?

As billygraves pointed out to me (thank you!) some EU/Aussie ECMs were repackaged US units. Thus, I asked the ECM owner for an interior pic.

The bin label is finally readable :) Giving the bin code as APZT. A quick google reveals that to be the 16140497 ECM, as well. Does that help in any way? Can't find anything on it on gearhead-efi, either.
