Need Help making tunerpro data log work

I am using a 1227730 ECM in a chevy Beretta.
I am using the 1990 pontiac grand prix bin file from a 1227727 ECM.

I need to figure out what I am doing wrong, my data logs are inconsistent. data seems to be random.

I am using the APU1 autoprom from moates.net in pass through mode for aldl logging, the 10K resistor is not used.

I am using the tunerpro_1227730-a1.ads from this link:

. I also tried the ads files for the 1227730 and 1227727 from tunerpro web site, still the same problem.
The ALDL does successfully connect with tuner pro.

What can I do to fix this? I need to make this work because I need to send the logs to a guy who is going to tune my car.

I set the latency timer on my serial port to 2 ms from 12 ms. is this correct?
