I have been tuning for many years but am new to this software and can't find where to adjust for a gear change on a 16197427 & $0D mask. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Normally you'd make the change by changing the VSSB jumpers. The popular mod is to replace the jumpers with a couple of DIP switches. In other words, you don't normally change anything in the .bin on the 7427. On a '95, the VSSB is underneath the ECM.
Thank you for the reply, I've never performed that mod but my question is will this just correct the speedo or will it adjust the transmission scalers also?
No, it corrects the signal going to both the speedo and ECM.
