Need experienced eyes on EEHack log
I have just over 2K miles on a 94 Buick Roadmaster power plant swap into a 93 Saturn wagon. Engine and trans are stock with all new sensors, MSD 8.5 wires, fresh sonic cleaned injectors flow tested to original specs. New pressure regulator. 44psi with vacuum disconnected. Opti new with original Mitsubishi pickup and disc from original unit installed. Everything is working really well except for a slight stumble during cruise speed, at slow or fast conditions. (Light throttle apply to maintain speed.) I have been using Scan9495 and recently EEhack to work through the teething issues all projects tend to have. I'm hoping someone with more experience with this data can shed some light on what's going on. The data is from my morning and afternoon drives to and from work. City and highway conditions. The VSS data is 23mph faster than actual due to rear end ration and tire diameter. Thanks for the help and any info is appreciated. By the way, the car is an absolute blast to drive, 3100lbs with me and half tank of gas.

New data for review after some bin changes
I have been making some bin changes the last couple of weeks. Upgraded the speedo scalers to match the tire/rear end ratio. The areas of improved drivability that I'm striving for are the slow and fast cruise (steady throttle) smoothness. I'm still having surging at the slow and fast cruise. During cold start up before closed loop the steady cruise is fine but that only lasts for a little while. Second issue was as approaching a stop it would load up a little. I'd put it in neutral clear it and then back in gear and it was fine. I adjusted the IAC adder-vehicle speed, added 2 steps across the entire range. I adjusted the TPS IAC offset enable%TPS threshold vs RPM by 2. Not sure which one made the improvement but has been ok for now. Looking at the left and right BLM's i adjusted the individual cylinder fuel trims >0%TPS all to no trim, (1.00). Seemed to make the
blm's closer to each other. The surging issue seems to cause the TCC (lock up) to kick in and out as the timing retard makes changes. It can be seen during the data stream I've saved. I've attached the data stream and the bin I have installed. Once again thanks for the previous responses, any others welcomed. Getting closer with 3K on the project now.
