Adding MPG to the$85/$D8 .ADX

I am looking at adding MPG to the $85/$D8 .ADX file. I am a little confused at the MPG calculations in the $E6 (201) .ADX file

The place I am confused is under the VALUES table - Injector Flow in $E6. The 7.4L engine ($8D) has a dual injector throttle body. What should I be entering for the Injector Flow calculation?
