The more I learn the less I know. It's time to pay. 95 c1500, 7427, L31R, vortec head, Edelbrock performer eps 2716, Lunati 20080660, flowtech 1154 FLT headers, no egr, wide band installed. Goes lean at 1600 to 1800 RPM's at all speeds.

Surely you can learn, I would be willing to help you.
What stock bin is your tune based off of?
BJYK 95 342 gear. Thanks for any help, I've had a lot of help from this site and have learned more than I really wanted to. It's been years since I swapped the motor and started learning to tune. I know how to push the buttons because I've been trying to tune it for at least 5 years.
What .xdf?
What .adx?
The 2022.bin shows Mask AA, which is fine for emulation but not helpful for figuring out the .xdf / .adx information.:mad1:
I guessed 4L60E, so I tried A217 $0D TP5 v250.adx from this link http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...Information-0D without results:

I'm attaching a Guess Work_2022.bin hoping it might help.

That's how prefer to tune.
If that's $OD, I have an ADX that has an AFR error chanel that can be used with trimalyzer.
It makes thing a lot easier cause it filters out warm up temp, Decel, PE or idle, now mater how you have your histograms set up.
Away from laptop today so far
Attachment 17610Attachment 17611 I loaded that bin, set the wbo2 parameters so it will work and changed it to go into closed loop. Will do a log run in a hour or so and post it. Thank you
Attachment 17615 My FP is 23 so that should be 81 for flow. That log was almost undrivable, I cut it short. At the end I hit the throttle and it almost shut off
I just looked at the log I posted. The wbo2 average data looks good but whats happening with the spark advance data? when I enable the perimeters for wbo2 to work in the adx (back pressure, linear egr and code 32) the timing problem starts. But when I switch those three back to stock it's a lot better
I've made some adjustments, please see attached Hope this helps.

More updates:
Pro Bono . . . hmmm?
True . . . I'm a "hired gun" tuner.
I'm always challenged . . . start from scratch with a tune . . . or "fix" a tune?
Hope the update 02 helps

Attachment 17625 First couple starts were good and it wasn't so bad, but after 10 or so it has the problem between 15 and 20 RPMs. It's like the PCM is making it worse every time its driven.
The tune is acceptable, not optimal.
There was an Injector Spike in the data log, not sure the spike is real or a glitch.
