383 jump off point TBI

ok, so i built a nice 383 for my 95 c1500 xcab 2wd and yes im keeping it TBI. so now 0n to the tuning part $OD Mask is set to AA so i assume checksum is good? on the hunt for a 2" TB now but im stuck with a worked(shade tree lol) TB, so at one point i found some 383 bins on here somewhere with epa deletes:nono: but with the build the egr is gone but not forgotten by the ecm.IM RUNNING MOATES Autoprm and tunerpro rt if some one could help with directions on a good starting point on a 383 bin file or point me to a good file i would be thankful.
