bluetooth ?
what do you need to flash wireless? I see roadrunner offers it.
The Roadrunner emulator is a small emulator that fits right inside the PCM and communicates with the OBDII RT Tuner program via a high-speed USB interface or by an optional wireless (blue tooth) interface.
Drag a point on a graph or enter a new value into a table and the new values are immediately sent to the Roadrunner automatically so the PCM begins using the new values instantly.

There were so many issues that option was discontinued long ago. Can still be done but I have no idea how...
For OBDI the ALDL Droid is working very well with BlueTooth.

there are protocols that will do this. wireless usb, usb over bluetooth stuff..
good luck finding a quality device as a bridge though, that kind of stuff just hasn't caught on yet, even though the protocols and standards exist

Were the BT issues with the Roadrunner side or the user side? If its external of the Roadrunner there are some "arduino-like" BT adapters that have served me well. Just my two cents.
