Engine Swap from 89 305 TBI to 98 350 Vortec

Im very new on EFI Tunig, and need some Ideas from you! Im Located in Austria, and here is no body available who have a plan about US-Cars with
EFI, on my Location all tuners put on a Carb, and oll is fine, i dont think thats the only way to perform a modern Engine.
So i startet a Projekt, on ouer 89 Camaro Iroc was an 305 TBI Engine with a 1228746 ECM Running ANTT. The Engine was out of life,
(Lo Compression, Valves blw by, bearings...)
I put them out, and Swaped to an 98 350 Vortec, put on the Chevy Vortec TBI Manifold
Also put on the 350īs Injektors, knock Sensor.
for basic Startup i take the ANLU bin but actualy it will not work :nono:i use Tuner Pro 5 and for chipping and logging moates APU1 (that work great).
The Problems:
Engine Starts very rough and iddle bad, i think it was a Mandatory Timing Problem.
O2 rise up to 900mV go down to 100mv ( no Leak on Exhaust manifold).
Iddle speed is unstable, i think the ECM would correct AFR and Iddle but it is a syncron sin Wave, so the regulator is not able to correct...
Is anybody out there who can give me a tipp to start fixing the Problems...
Ps. I would use the AKNA bin for start tuning, but i cant find one to download..
