please help. chaseing my tail on this problem i have!

Hi, i soo need your help?
A lil bout the car, its a 95 trans am a4. mods:
Pacesetter shortys.
Tb bypass.
Iriduims tr55 with 10.2 wires.
Cai.
160° stat.
101 k miles.

Myself im not a bad mechanic and im meticulous in nature and can usually fig stuff out!

Replaced following parts:
Opti.
Maf.
Temp sensor for pcm.
Both o2's.
Fuel filted.
Icm and coil.
March under pulleys
Water pump since i was at it.

Pre warning signs was? Driving it mostley ac always on and car would sometimes hard start cold, low idle sometimes when hot and few times die at idle when wheel cranked far to right or left at light waiting to make turn and would die at idle. Also smelled heavy fuel but drove fine. This occured for a while.

Initial problem car wouldnt idle, rough, shakes, excessive fuel noticed and odor. Missing thru out driving range. In order to drive it barely, i would have to foot and brake/gas at same time to idle it. Noticed excessive unburned smoke out the tail pipes. Had car read and it gave maf and o2 bank 1 codes and replaced those! Uses excessive gas.

Now that i did all the work mentioned inwhich i carefully did everything right. Car now holds idle but when i press on gas it stalls and i have to feather gas peddle carefully in order to run.

I dont have test equipment and im on fixed income. Im already disgusted with this car and feel like selling it or blow it up...lol.

you need a minimum of diagnostic equipment to work on a modern fuel injected car; without the ability to datalog it's going to be harder to figure it out. not having scanning and datalogging ability is like not having a ratchet. just buy the aldl cable. you coulda bought a hundred aldl cables for all the parts you've thrown at this car. do you have a fuel pressure tester?

anyway here's what i'd try considering you have no diagnostic tools.

keep it out of closed loop by unplugging the o2 sensors, take it for a drive. better or worse?

plug them back in, now unplug the MAF to throw it into speed density. better or worse?

pull the fuel rails and hang them with the injectors in place, put rags underneath, and jumper the prime connector to +12v (it's near the passenger fender tucked into the wirign harness). do any injectors leak? now crank the car for a moment. are any not spraying?

remove the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator, and jumper the prime connector. does any fuel come out?

I unplugged fuel reg vacuum hose and fuel came out. Now what?

replace the fuel pressure regulator, you most likely found your problem.

Cool, any write ups on how to do it and easiest way to get lines off?

you need a fuel line disconnect tool, they're a few dollars.

it's easiest to just take the rail off and work with it that way.

relieve the fuel pressure using the small shrader valve (looks like a tire valve) near the regulator before you disconnect the lines and disconnect your battery for safety. then just unhook the injector wires and pull the fuel rail up.

do not disassemble the rails if you can avoid it, simply unbolt the regulator and take it off. leave them in one peice or you'll have to redo all the orings and stuff, which is probably unnecessary at this point.

you should maybe run a bit of seafoam or techron in your fuel after this too, and go a bit easy on it until it has a chance to burn off. your top end is likely FULL of carbon and your plugs are probably a mess.
